All correspondence with the board must be signed.  This is to insure that we are able to follow up more effectively and provide the best possible solution.  The Board reserves the right to not respond to unsigned correspondence.

The association bylaws call for there to be an association board made up of five homeowners.  The board members are elected annually by a quorum (25%) of the homeowners within the Classics at Southbridge neighborhood at the annual meeting.  Each home is given one vote in the election.  Nominations are taken on the floor of the annual meeting for those individuals interested in running for a position on the board.

The board consists of five positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and a Member-at-Large.  Five people are elected and the Board of Directors chooses who will fill each position at its first meeting.
